矿用装载机出现异常怎样排查原因?

矿用装载机在进行整机强化试验过程中底盘会存在异响,具体情况是:在发动机怠速状态下行驶的时候转动转向盘,该机底盘某个部位会发出清脆的金属撞击声,转向盘转到哪个位置出现异响是不确定的;当踩下油门加速行驶的时候,该响声会变得非常微弱,或基本消失。

1.排查传动轴

后桥在摆架上发生摆动时,后桥的输入法兰也是会随着后桥摆动的,使后传动轴的长度及空间位置发生改变。检查发现装载机在转向过程中,后传动轴并不会有明显的伸缩,该处不会存在异响可能性。

2.排查主减速器和差速器

在后驱动桥的轮边减速器位置用手触摸能感觉到有撞击动作。我们更换了主减速器和差速器总成,经试机异响问题仍然没有。

3.检查后桥摆架

为了模拟异响时候的工状,并可以实时在观察前、后摆动架的实际运行情况,我们会把该装载机开到检修平台上。通过多次原地转向、进退行驶试验,仔细观察摆架状态,发现后摆动架与桥壳之间存在3mm的相对窜动。正是由于后连接法兰在后摆动架存在窜动,引发了后摆动架与后桥壳上的连接法兰的相互撞击,从而产生异响了。

当找到异响发生位置后,我们分析产生该间隙的原因。查看后桥图纸,并从后桥的供应商那里得到了相关情况。该型装载机后桥桥壳与后摆动架的理论设计间隙为1.1~2.15mm,安装时的调整垫片只有厚度为6mm的1种规格。
