矿用装载机操作误区

隧道装载机启动时刚启动就猛轰油门:发动机刚启动时,机身温度低、机油黏度大、流动性差,机油在短时间内不能畅流各润滑点。如果此时猛轰油门,会导致发动机转速瞬时升高,尽管机油泵的供油量和压力也会增加,但瞬间不能满足各运动副对润滑油量和油压的要求,运动副不能建立很好的润滑油膜,产生瞬间干摩擦,导致剧烈磨损。
