Mine loader is a special vehicle in engineering machinery. The operator shall receive the training and guidance of the manufacturer, have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the machine, and obtain certain operation and maintenance experience for machine operation. Running in period is an important link to ensure the normal operation of loader, reduce failure rate and prolong its service life. However, at present, some users ignore the special technical requirements of the running in period of the new loader due to lack of common sense of the loader, tight construction period, or want to obtain benefits as soon as possible.

注意磨合期的工作负荷，磨合期内的工作负荷一半不要超过额定工作负荷的70％，并要安排适合的工作量，防止机器长时间连续作业所引起的过热现场的发生，引发各部件异常磨损。

Pay attention to the working load during the running in period. Half of the working load during the running in period shall not exceed 70% of the rated working load, and appropriate workload shall be arranged to prevent overheating on site caused by long-term continuous operation of the machine and abnormal wear of various components.

注意经常观察各仪表指示，出现异常应及时停车予以排除，在原因未找到、故障未排除前应停止作业。经常检查润滑油、液压油、冷却液、制动液以及燃油油（水）位和品质，并注意检查整机的密封性。检查中发现油水缺少过多，应分析原因。同时，应强化各润滑点的润滑，建议在磨合期内，每班都要对润滑点加注润滑脂（特殊要求除外）。

Pay attention to regularly observe the indication of each instrument. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine in time for troubleshooting. Stop the operation before the cause is found and the fault is eliminated. Regularly check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water), and pay attention to the tightness of the whole machine. If too much oil and water is found during the inspection, the cause shall be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point shall be strengthened. It is recommended that each shift should add grease to the lubrication points during the running in period (except for special requirements).

保持机器清洁，及时调整、紧固松动的零部件以防因松动而加剧零部件的磨损或导致零部件丢失。在磨合期内使用保养就会减少早期故障的发生，延长使用寿命，提高作业效率，使机器为您带来更多收益。

Keep the machine clean and adjust and fasten loose parts in time to prevent the wear of parts or loss of parts due to looseness. 磨合期结束，应对机器进行强制保养，做好检查和调整工作，同时注意油液的更换，建议更换厂家各种专用油液。
