装载机发动机水温高的原因是什么?

判断发动机的水温是否过高,主要看发动机水温表,发动机的水温表表示的是发动机冷却液的温度,温度的正常范围在60℃-100℃,如果超过了这个温度,表示发动机水温过高。

1、散热器内防冻液水位过低

此时需要检查副水箱的水位,如果水位低于警戒值,需要补充防冻液。

2、散热器堵塞

散热器上如果污垢过多或者堵塞,会影响散热器的散热效果。

节温器的工作原理:当冷却温度低于规定值时,节温器感温体内的石蜡呈固态,节温器阀在弹簧的作用下关闭发动机与散热器之间的通道,冷却液经水泵进入发动机,进行发动机内小循环;当冷却液温度达到规定值后,石蜡开始融化逐渐变为液体,体积随之增 大并压迫推杆,推杆对阀门的反推力使阀门开启,此时冷却液进入散热器进行大循环。

节温器损坏会导致散热系统只进行小循环,冷却液不进入散热器。排查发动机系统故障时,我们要本着先易后难的原则,先排查维修比较简单的故障点,再排查维修比较难的故障点。
