装载机胶管漏油原因有哪些?

部分3t型装载机在工作500~1000h后,多次出现起升缸胶管轻度渗油现象。分析认为,造成胶管损坏的原因通常有以下4点:

一是设计不合理。如果胶管设计时,胶管安装的长度余量小于5%,容易将胶管接头拉出。如果设计的胶管走向不合理,会造成胶管与胶管或胶管与机体容易发生磨擦,从而导致胶管外皮破裂。

分析认为,新出厂的装载机通常不会出现液压油温度过高现象。对管路走向、胶管长度、运动轨迹和弯曲半径进行复核,均在合理范围内,也没有发现胶管与胶管、胶管与机体发生摩擦的现象。检查胶管装配质量,没有发现管接头过松、过紧以及胶管扭曲现象。
